On top of the hillsides in the outer part of the town lies a Sanctuary filled with myth and beauty. A rumor says the sanctuary writes stories about the past, the present, and the future; while rumors swirl around about how visitors were reported to be missing and never to be found. You and your friend were intrigued to see what magic lies there.
In the depths of your heart, you wish for something else. For a story to tell, something you've never felt. The wish happens to lead you to see what lies behind the scriptures that were said to predict destiny.
Heart of the Sanctuary is an interactive visual novel made with Ren'py for Nanoreno 2024 in less than a month. It has atmospheric horror elements but there are no major content warning aside from description of minor injury.

This was a lot of fun, creepy in the best of ways ~ Loved the mystery and horror elements. Both were very well executed I thought and had me invested in the story. Keep up the good work, would love to see more! ^_^
